Accessing Outlook from a Web Browser

You will be able to access your Outlook from any web browser, including a mobile device. Once you have established your two-step authentication, you may need to enter the verification code each time you log into the site.

 

Accessing Exchange Online while inside the SGN

You will be able to access your Outlook from any web browser, including a mobile device. Once you have established your two-step authentication, you will need to enter the verification code each time you log into the site.

  1. Open a web browser and type in: https://outlook.office365.com/
  2. If you are inside the State Gateway Network (SGN), you will not be required to sign-in or provide a multi-factor authentication code. You will be sent directly to your mailbox.
  3. The layout is similar to your desktop Outlook. Your folders will be in the same order.
  4. The Online Archive is called In-Place Archive on the web version.

Accessing Exchange Online while outside the SGN

  1. Outside the SGN, you will be required to input your Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
  2. Open a web browser and type in: https://outlook.office365.com/
  3. Enter your Email address.

  5. Enter the verification code

  6. If this screen comes up, for security reasons, please select No
