  • Provide expertise and guidance regarding project management methodologies (agile, traditional waterfall, hybrid, lean approaches).
  • Work with customers and Procurement for decision packages, RFIs and RFPs, SOW and Contract Execution activities for planned solutions, including security design reviews and OCIO project oversight.
  • Manage project activities in accordance with Project Management best practices:

  • Conduct interviews with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to gather and document business requirements appropriate to the scope of the solution, including functional, technical, IT Security and Digital Accessibility requirements.
  • Creates and maintains various project artifacts such as business process flows, context diagrams, value stream maps, data dictionaries etc. appropriate to the project needs.
  • Ensure requirements are met and, where gaps appear, that they are managed acceptably.
  • Perform quality assurance testing and coordinate/facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure that business requirements are met.
  • Develop role-based training materials and deliver training to end users.

  • Develops and maintains visual design specifications (e.g. mockups, wire frames, prototypes, etc.) to create modern, innovative, and user-centered applications.
  • Coordinates and conducts digital accessibility testing based on the current policies and standards in accordance with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., WaTech Policy USER-01 and WCAG).
  • Performs regular digital accessibility audits of existing DES applications to identify accessibility barriers and recommend remediation strategies.
  • Provides guidance on website and application usability best practices.
