Passwords will need to be at least 15 characters or longer and need to be a combination of numbers, capital letters, and special characters. Password will expire every 365 days.

Your last 9 passwords will be remembered so you will need to ensure you do not use any passwords you have used the last 9 times.

**Note - You will receive a notice 2 weeks before your password expires that it is going to expire. If you do not restart your PC within the 2 weeks, you may not see the notification. We recommend you restart your PC at least once a week.

  1. Using Big-IP, confirm you are connected to the State Government Network (SGN) with VPN.
