If you are working remotely and you receive the screen below while trying to connect to VPN (BIG-IP), follow the instructions below to get your password changed without having to come into the office and connect to the network.
Passwords will need to be at least 15 characters or longer and need to be a combination of numbers, capital letters, and special characters. Password will expire every 365 days.
Your last 9 passwords will be remembered so you will need to ensure you do not use any passwords you have used the last 9 times.
- Enter a new password in the "New Password" field and enter it again in the following "Verify Password" field. DO NOT RESTART OR SIGN OUT after you have entered the new password.
- Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and choose Lock.
- Sign back in with your new password; the one you entered in step 1.
