You can also enable Auto Fill on any record. Then when the website address loads, Keeper will automatically fill in the username and password. You will have to turn this on for each record.

Browser Extension

Your Browser extension for Keeper will automatically be loaded with your enrollment.

The default is Edge, if you use the Chrome Browser extension, then follow the instructions below:

Keeper Password Manager - Browser Extensions

The Keeper extension can be found pinned in the right of your browsers address bar:

Clicking on the icon will open up a small window (you may be prompted to sign in again).

Here you can search for records, open them, view the information, launch the website, edit the record, etc.

You can also use the yellow + button to create a new record.

How to Organize Records

Folders can be used to organize your own records.

Shared Folders can be used to organize and share multiple records with other users or teams.  Any records/users added in a shared folder will have permissions assigned to them based on what is set when the folder is created. Permissions can be set at the shared folder level and/or record level. The white alligator icon shows which folders are being shared.

You can create new folder, name the folder and then it will open on the right-hand side.  Click the pencil and then add records.

Teams

Teams allow you to easily share one or more records with multiple people and you can give them different permissions to the record as needed.

Send a request to your IT support team and they will create a team for you.

Deleted Records

Deleted records are moved into the deleted items tab and can be restored for up to 30 days. Then they will be permanently deleted.
